Is Dark Souls 3 real or not? Link to leaked images, if real?

This is currently a hot topic on Neogaf and Reddit/gaming, but I didn't post anything in here in case you don't want to see spoilers.

I'm pretty excited if it is real. Allegedly being released next year 2016 which I'm fine with because this year has enough games already honestly. A shiny new next gen Dark Souls, or HD remake/remix is what I've been wanting after DSII, and it seems to be designed closer to Dark Souls 1 with the large world. Too soon to tell though. The last Dark Souls 2, Scholar of Sin is pretty awesome with all the DLC and remixed content. It's happening!

Keen as fuck if true. The lighting looks nice, though I wish they'd move away from the Dark Souls world.

I was going to say this. It's too familiar. I wouldn't mind it if they played around with a bit more color. After playing DS2 I felt like it was more of the same. I really want something that feels new, like Bloodborne I suppose.

Hell, they could probably even just explore a different timeline - or different timelines since the lore leans heavily on time travel.

Ah yes, like Majoras Mask, or how supposably Ocarina of Time created different timelines for Zelda. Cool idea. There were also other lands mentioned beyond where the games took place and I wouldn't mind visiting those places.
