Platinum #2 For 2016!: Lego Marvel Avengers – PS4

I knocked out the remaining items on Super Bowl Sunday. The stuff from the story mode weren’t that bad to find, and I finally figured out how the Stan Lee items work within Manhattan. Unlike the previous game where I believe all the Stan’s were shown on the map if you unlocked the red brick, this one only gives you one Stan at a time, and once I figured out were the one I needed was (it was I think the fifth one) it was a breeze to unlock the rest.

I encountered a couple of problems mainly with camera in this game, and one of them was so bad I have to share it. On certain levers there is a like a pie chart with four pieces and one of them is lit up. It looks like a clock face but with only one arm. When the arm is in the portion that is lit up you pull down on the lever. Well since the lever is in an out of the way spot the camera is pushed back and when you place your figure on the base the circle prompt covers the pie chart. Pain in the you know where. I also wish that if you dude a mission for someone to earn a character token their icon will change color because at one point I was missing like 7 minifigures in Manhattan and I thought I had to replay these figures.

Lego Marvel Avengers is fun but it’s not the best I’ve played. I think its better than Dimensions. As for Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens I’m starting to change my mind about it. Yesterday I checked it out on Amazon and the Deluxe Edition is I think $56 on Amazon with Prime’s 20% off on Pre-Orders. I have until the 2nd week after its release to take advantage of this so I’ll wait a bit.

Quick Thoughts On The Super Bowl:

Aztecs had two players on the Broncos roster, so I was rooting for them…and maybe number 18
I’m not a Cam fan, but I respect the way he plays, and it seems like he has fun. If you’re going to celebrate when times are going well, you have to man up during the post game news conference when things don’t go your way. He had a hell of a season, but don’t throw all of that away with a childish move. Take the good with the bad.
I miss the dancing sharks from last Halftime Show
I had a joke with one of my friends about will they show Cooper Manning, and sure enough towards the end of the game Cooper was on TV

damn man that Rebels set is freaking cool!

ah, it's cool with Cam. He's 26. It's hard for a 26 year old to do the right thing all the time, he's young, I think he did pretty good. He'll learn from all this I figure.

Actually it is three separate sets to get the complete crew: The Ghost, The little shuttle behind it, and a couple of speeder bikes. Thank goodness the first two were on clearance.

I cut the guy some slack because of his age, and hopefully a veteran on that team needs to let him know that his behavor was not good especially for the leader of that team and in the future the face of the NFL.

von Miller graduated from Desoto High, my older brother's high school, and I grew up in DeSoto, TX so it was cool to see his MVP.

Cam was pouting too much, but I do hope to see him back next season. He just needs to mature a bit. He is roughly the same age as I am! Wish I had his checkbook ...

Was Coldplay the headliner? Cause Beyonce completely took over. I guess there was a lot of Black Panther/BLM references in her performance I didn;t catch last night. It was a mediocre Half Time show, but she made it more entertaining I though.t, along with Bruon. I like Coldplay, but they seemed to just kind of stay in the back at a certain point, it was odd. Lady Gaga's national anthem was on point, even though she looked like Effie from Hunger Games.

Cam will mature. Hopefully a veteran on the team will let him know and he'll use this as a learning experience.

Yup Coldplay were the headliners and Beyoncé (it's amazing how the iPad adds the accent) backup dancers were dressed as Black Panthers and something about the lyrics of her new song. SDSU's Band Director is part of the team that puts on the halftime show and it's crazy to see what goes on behind the scenes. Lady Gaga does look like she belongs in Hunger Games. I made a comment on Twitter she looked like Sindel from Mortal Kombat

I really like Rebels, so I would love to have these little lego dudes on my shelf! Infinity toys and amiibos took a priority with collection, which I swore I was going to stop. Really! I swear!

Nice! I believe I bought one the Killzone pack on PS3. I know I own the original Killzone on PS2, and finished it, but I haven't tried it on PS3. Funny I finished Killzone, the one on the PSP, and Vita, but never tackled 2 & 3.

It's pretty satisfying to get complete achievements or trophies in a game. I love doing that, when it's possible.

It is especially if you're enjoying the game. Other games, I'm just happy to finish the dang thing without going back and trying the other game modes.
