I made a list of other games that I want from Next Level Games, the developer of the excellent Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon that I'm playing right now on week nights. Captain America: Super Soldier (CASS) was first up, so I picked it up this week (or actually last week as I'm writing this).

I remember CASS coming out Summer 2011 along with a bunch of other similar movie liscenced things like Transformers: Dark of the Moon (weird coincidence with Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon here), Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters, and Thor: God of Thunder. CASS seemed the best of the bunch, at least as far as I could tell from the demo I played. It was a bit like Batman: Arkham Asylum in its style of melee combat, and I liked it, but not enough to get it day-one.

I hope to play CASS on my 360 weekends once my friend and I get the full 1000 achievement points in Lego Star Wars. We're about 75% there after 20 hours comprising two complete runs through all 36 levels of the game, but I'm not sure how the bonus levels and speed runs are going to go yet.

So far Lego Star Wars isn't too difficult, just time consuming. Luckily I haven't gotten bored with it, because i usually give up an achievement chase when things get too tedious. Traveller's Tales did a great job keeping things interesting as you replay levels to find every last Mini-Kit and Power Brick.

Movie makes are usually a big disappointment, It's a real shame too because they really could and should be something special. My favourite movie game ever has to be Lord of the Rings: Return of the king on PS2, I still have fun playing that today. An honerable mention goes to Star wars revenge of the sith on PS2 as well, it had an excellent two player duel mode that was massively underrated! If you like your movie tie ins you should check these out!

I've been trying to collect movie tie-in games because they are sometimes easy casual fun. Like Open Season which I played recently. It was pretty good.

That's one Super Hero game I haven't tried yet. I liked Green Lantern, and I thought Thor was terrible, and hopefully when I get to play Captain America, it'll be closer to GL than Thor.

Yeah Lego Star Wars games take up a lot of time, but they are fun. Good luck getting a complete 100% on them

I think 100% in Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is going to happen. I only see one level, the flight across the lava in the last chapter of episode III, giving me a problem when I have to speed run it.

I didn't even know Cap had a game. Nice!

I always thought that would be a fun game.
