Ok so I didn’t get back for my Part II of Adventures At The DMV, so we shall do it here. I didn’t get my Real ID (the fancy smacy one that let’s me into airports). So this is what happened: First I didn’t write down my confirmation code that I filled out the application so I had to do it again. Funny considering that I needed to fill out the application just to get the appointment. It took all of five minutes so no big deal. Next my Birth Certificate isn’t the official one so now I have to get one from the state I was born in, and that’ll take 2 freaking months. MONTHS! A little bummed but I was told since I’ve had a passport I should try and get it renewed and it covers me going on an airplane. So I’ll do that next week.

 

Quick Hits Time!

This time last week I fell asleep on the couch in the lobby of my hotel in San Francisco and it worried the manager. He should have been worried that I spent $4 on a flat Pepsi inside their bootleg Starbucks.

 

Chris Watches…

Arrow - CW: Ok I watched the first five minutes where it catches you up, and then I watched the last five minutes of the finale. As much as I liked he show originally I got tired of it and just wanted to see how it ended. I like the end. I also now wonder if the flashbacks used throughout this season where from the first season of the show.

 

Chris Reads

The Boys - Issue 12: So on the flight I started reading issue 13 but it didn’t really fit to what I remember so I stopped, and last night while watching AEW I checked my Android Tablet and it turns out I never finished issue 12. I finished that, added it to Goodreads and then continued on 13. Hopefully I get through most of the series before the next season begins on Amazon. I’m really slow with my reading in 2020.

So you know who’s a fool? This guy. I didn’t like how I was sorting my music on the little external so I started over. Why? No idea, I’m just a dumbass and here we are. I should be finished in 2021 unless I decide to start over again.

So they had one heck of a little bookstore inside the library. It had Blu-ray’s, DVD’s, a lot of books, a bunch of CDs in English and Chinese, and quite a few audiobooks. Get this, it was all on the honor system so you just drop your payment into a box.

 

This morning on iTunes I bought

 

Bowling For Soup wrote a song about Alexa Bliss. I thought it was funny and a dollar later it’s sitting on my phone.

 

Other Stuff

To continue my weird tradition of buying something from airports I bought a hat from SFO because I had an hour and a half to kill.

 

I’m not a Niner fan but I already bought a Golden State Warriors cap the last time I flew out of the airport so I mixed it up (also just in case they would have won the Super Bowl I could be like everyone else)

 

For my nephew’s baby shower instead of cards they asked for books with a message to baby and I bought three books but this one was my favorite

 

I am the favorite uncle!

 

Alright Pixlpeeps I am off, I’m hungry. Have a good weekend and this wasn’t bad for the first week of BaD without a theme.
