Dust off your PixlBit and see what the staff have to say after finishing Super Mario Galaxy 2. Well, most of us have anyway.
Jason: Hey everyone!

I return from my E3 break with a fishing game, which, unfortunately, is no more exciting than a never-ending press conference.
There are certain concepts which simply don't work well as a videogame, and fishing is one of those. I'm not into fishing myself, but I can see the appeal in it. It can be just you, out on a boat in the middle of a lake on a beautiful day, sitting back with your feet up, fresh air all around, no one around to bother you, all your troubles forgotten. When you're playing a fishing videogame, then it's just you, on a couch in the middle of an ugly living room decorated by your roommate who has bad taste, sitting back with your feet resting on a pile of empty pizza boxes, hot, stuffy air all around, and your troubles are just one phone ring away. The experience isn't one which can be replicated by a videogame.
Does anyone else find it weird that Nintendo is porting 2 titles from the N64 to the 3DS?
With E3 behind me, I've had some time to reflect on what was shown at the expo this year. Nintendo in particular has me intrigued with two of their 3DS titles. As we all know, both StarFox 64 3D and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D were both announced at the show, with StarFox being playable on the show floor.
...It means the last of the PixlBit gang is back at home, with a solid internet connection.
What else does it mean? That all next week, and in more weeks to come, we'll be unloading impressions of E3, uploading pictures of the event, and getting you coverage from several games we tried on the floor.
I go over a few select 3DS trailers I saw at the 3DS booth at E3.
Like Nintendo said, for those of you at home, you'll honestly have to take our words for it. 3D is better. I saw trailers for a few titles, including Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, and Kid Icarus, and found myself Thoroughly impressed.
There's bags, t-shirts, little trinkets, and more bags.
Hello, my name is Chessa DiMola, and I'm a swag addict. I'm also guilty of creating several new swag addicts, for which there is little hope of ever recovering from the horrible addition.
Although we wasted nearly an hour standing in the wrong line, we grabbed images of some great Zelda posters detailing Link's weapons and sword moves.
Opening day of E3 is usually a hectic one, filled with excited convention goers dying to get their hands on the newest video game titles. Sometime though, there are particularly hectic moments, especially when there are hundreds of people packed into tight groups fighting their way to a specific game.
Hello. I’m a gigantic projector screen, and I’ll be your speaker this evening. Ignore the mob. They’re here to party.
Without Activision’s banners and badges being paraded around the Staple’s Center, little would have indicated that the event was Activision’s press conference. Activision’s press conference was a concert. That’s the best way to put it. Fun, to be sure, with some gaming news here and there, but it was definitely unorthodox, and completely chaotic. It was so disorganized. Regardless, if they were to increase the gaming news just a bit, then I’d be completely game for a format like that every once in a while. As for what they did show, gaming wise…
Four Sonic titles are available to demo or preview at E3 this year, and I was able to play three and take a glimpse at one more.
Editor's Note: This was written after Sonic Colors Wii impressions, but due to technical issues, the Sonic Colors Wii impressions will be up afterward at some time.
The virtual Sony E3 booth isn’t actually like experiencing it in real life but you will gain a small taste of the expo.
Those of you who tuned into watch the Sony press conference probably caught mention that a virtual tour of the Sony booth was recreated on PlayStation Home… here’s a run down of what you can expect.
