Square Enix Announces Dragon Quest Monsters Battle Road Victory for Wii
The arcade card game will see a release on Wii in addition to a DSi card scanner application.
Square Enix has announced that they are bringing the arcade game, Dragon Quest Monsters Battle Road Victory, to Wii. The game is based off Dragon Quest Monsters Battle Road II Legend. In the game, players will use physical cards to summon monsters from the Dragon Quest series.
The Wii version will feature four-player local multiplayer and online multiplayer as well. There will be a new mode called Tournament Mode where players will fight against characters within a town in order to obtain cards.
Square Enix also plans to release a DSiWare application called Dragon Quest Monsters Battle Road Victory Color Code Scanner, which will allow players to scan physical cards that are used in the arcade version and transfer them to the Wii game.
