Alongside the news, Nintendo revealed over half a million copies of Ocarina of Time 3D have been sold.

September was a big month for Nintendo in the US. How big? Nintendo moved nearly 650,000 pieces of hardware. The DS reached the major sales milestone of 50 million units in the US. The 3DS is selling better than ever, having sold 260,000 units last month, a number Nintendo suggests is a 10% increase over August. Perhaps the most shocking number is for the Wii. Racing Balls on the original dual screen handheld.

GameMill announced today plans to publish the Black Lantern developed DS racer, DaGeDar. Offering over 100 unlockable racing balls and more than 30 courses, players will need to loop, drop, climn, and bank to victory. Throughout the races players will collect points that can be used toward special rewards, such as special characters. Each ball offers special abilities that will impact speed, acceleration, attack, and defense.

With Nintendo's press conference now over, Nintendo's press site has revealed a number of games that didn't receive time during the presentation. The DS will see release of four new games published by first party Nintendo, and the Wii will see seven titles, four of which are new.

Devil Survivor 2 is en route to the DS, while The King of the Fighters XIII will be coming to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Today, Atlus surprised fans with the announcement of two new titles, one developed internally and one that will be published later this year. Devil Survivor 2, the follow-up to 2009's DS title, Devil Survivor, and upcoming 3DS title, Devil Survivor Overclocked, will be coming to the DS in 2012. The King of the Fighters XIII was also announced for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and will see release this holiday season.
