I guess since it's NFL Draft day, I'll make a thread about it. Why not?

All I know is most Cowboys fans I know are hoping we draft Clowney instead of Manziel, as has been rumored. I'm really only a fan of them and the Packers.

Texans fans also want Clowney. And some other D-line guy who along with J.J. Watts and Clowney would make them great, according to fans.

Iunno. Thoughts? What are your favorite teams and who are you hoping gets drafted where?

I'm not really knowledgeable on the subject this year, but I will watch tonight.

I really wanted Johnny Football just to add to the circus that is Dallas Cowboys football. When he fell in the draft, right into Jerry Jones' lap, I was waiting...and then they went with a logical pick and picked up a lineman. The QB position is fine with Romo, Orton (if he doesn't retire) and Weeden. Hopefully the Cowboys continue to use logic and draft to fill holes on the defensive side of the ball.

Johnny Football going #22 was indeed a shocker yesterday. I had him going #10.

You never know in a draft. Will the Browns put a franchise tag on him eventually?

I wasn't really shocked by that, honestly. I forget who was the 10-seed, but everyone I talked to figured Jones was bluffing at the #16 spot. I'm glad he was, Romo isn't the problem ... unless he's wearing another Dallas teams' jersey at their game. Romoooooo!

Looked like they did from what my theScore app said about their picks. At least, they chose the right positions, I don't know much about the players they picked.

I also saw the Packers drafted Ha Ha Clinton-Dix. How is that name legal?

The Cowboys filled some needs except I would have drafted one more safety. The defensive players aren't big names but I think they are good pieces that hopefully should improve a terrible defense.

Oh yeah I remember him, kid from Bama who got suspended awhile back. Heck of a player.
