Hey Pixlbit, currently I am watching the Bobsled event in the Winter Olympics and videos on YouTube. I come across a walkthrough video of Thief and couldn't ignore it. I had to see some current gameplay other than videos from E3 or some other channels who posted some a few months ago. I'll admit, the game looks pretty good. The graphics could use a little work, but the whole stealing aspect is great. One thing I don't understand is the currency in the game. I understand that you use that money for upgrades and what not, but can't you just steal those too? I mean, from what I've seen you steal pricy items from jewlery to silverware.

I usually don't like to watch gameplay videos of games I'm getting so I don't spoil anything, but this game seems to have me hooked. I thought of trading in Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag towards it. I usually end up trading in the AC games since they price drop quickly and it tends to get repetitive. Black Flag is a great game, no doubt about that. The fact that there's so much to do makes me want to take a break from the game to move onto something else for a while. Currently Black Flag is half off from the retail price, but only for the Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles. I own the Xbox One version and I know it won't drop in price for the new consoles for quite some time. So I'm still debating whether I should trade it towards Thief or just keep it. Also, if you know any info on the game regarding to gameplay length and how much of exploring(is there free roam or only areas that are limited?) can you do in the game, please let me know. I'd appreciate it!

Well, that's my video game rant of the evening/early morning. Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far.

I dunno about Thief.  I hope it's good, but I have my doubts.  I played the original back in the day and it was quite innovative.  Times have changed though.

I'm still debating on it. It looks pretty good, but it could also be short. Sneaking around type of games that I've played tend to run around the 12-14 hour area of completion for me. I haven't played the original Thief games so I probably would buy this if I had played them. Still looks like a good game, but seems like I can complete it within a week or so.
