Hello Pixlbit bloggers. I have been playing Diablo 3 non stop since it's release. It's crazy how many hours I've put into it so far. I probably put in 10 hours on the first day. It hasn't been a week yet and I'm already done with it. It's a surprise to me because usually when I get new games I pass them within a week or two. And those games have a length of 10-12 hours average. Knowing this game has a vast world in it, I'm shocked to see I'm about 60% done with it.

I just completed Act 3 and am currently working on Act 4. If you're curious to know what character I'm using, it's the Demon Hunter. I have her leveled at 52 I believe. The current build I have for her is:

Primary- Entagling Shot
Secondary- Elemental Arrow
Defensive- Caltrops
Hunting- Vault
Devices- Sentry
Archery- Cluster Arrow
Passive 1- Archery
Passive 2- Perfectionist
Passive 3- Steady Aim

I gathered up this build from a Diablo 3 forum page that narrowed down the percentage of attacks, defenses and perks people have used in the past couple years.

Honestly, I'm having so much fun with this game. I thought I would get tired of it after the first playthrough so I started other classes and played a good amount of time with each of them and it just made me eager to continue on with that class, but I know I have to finish off my Demon Hunter.

Yesterday I was watching the Twitch stream of the League of Legends quarter finals. I'm not sure if it was that, the finals or just some tournament. But it looked pretty interesting. I've read a lot about League of Legends and how fun it is, but I never had any interest in playing it. After that tournament, it looked appealing to me to the point where I started to download it today. My interenet isn't working with me right now so it's taking a while to download.

Well that's all for now Pixlbit. I'll give you an update on some pick ups because I'll be heading off to some stores today.

Have a great week everyone. Happy gaming!

BEYOND!

Yeah, I put a good 30 hours into the PC version and I still got sucked into the PS4 version all weekend. Loving the Crusader, and I've been playing on hard, which has allowed me to already surpass my PC character's level and I've only started Act 3.

Nice. I started on normal but it became too easy for me. Then moved onto hard and it felt like there was no difference. Now I'm currently on expert. It gives a challenge but nothing too extreme. Plus you level up like crazy.

I'm in a similar page as you with it sinking its claws in deep. I'm still currently on Act II but my Monk is rocking at a cool lvl 40. I'm really not sure what it does to hook me but once I start the hours melt away. If only work/life didn't get in the way of advancement... Laughing

I know what you mean. Once you start, you can't put it down. Simply taking out the trash or doing the dishes just keeps you away from getting all that loot just waiting for your character to have.

I want to get into this with my co-op buddy right after we finish with EDF2025. Can't wait.

I think coming out from EDF you and your buddy will definitely get into it like crazy since it'll be a fresh new beginning into something different. When I let my girlfriend co-op with me, she wanted to kill everything and pick up every loot item and was dedicated to leveling her character up like there was no tomorrow.
