Medal of Honor Review

If you haven’t purchased this game yet, good choice – if you have, you probably should’ve just waited for Black Ops.

It’s been awhile since the Medal of Honor series has had any amount of relevance. Unfortunately for fans, even with the release of the latest in this series, it remains irrelevant. Medal of Honor is, for lack of a nicer term, a Call of Duty rip-off. It borrows the same style of quest, features similar controls, and even bares semblance to the multiplayer mode. You would expect that if EA was to borrow all of these elements it would at least do them better, but what we are presented with is a game that doesn’t match up to that series at all. Without question, players would be better off checking out any of the past three games in the Call of Duty series instead.

EA Announces New Medal of Honor Details

The latest addition of the series will include two new development teams and a new setting.

Today, EA shed some light on their latest Medal of Honor title for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. The unnamed Medal of Honor title won't be set in World War II, instead it will take place in a modern war-torn Afghanistan.

EA Officially Announces Mercs Inc

Though Pandemic Studios is no more, their legacy will continue to live on with the third entry into the Mercenaries series.

Electronic Arts announced today that the Mercenaries series would be officially continuing. The title, Mercs Inc, currently has not solid release date nor a specific platform, though the Xbox 360 is a likely candidate.
