Unfortunately, Shuma-Gorath is a DLC character that is entirely on-disc. Jill and Shuma-Gorath will both be released on March 15th, but people were able to hack into the game's coding to make both available pretty quickly. Jill is incomplete with some missing attacks, weakened moves, and lacking a lot of voice work, but Shuma-Gorath appears to be finished. This is Shuma's, as I said, surprisingly on the game's disc.
