PB & Jason Issue 31: Wonderbread Chronicles, Pt. 1

A beginning tale of Pokemon White Version and some talk about interactive theme park rides dominate this issue of PB & Jason

In this week's issue of PB & Jason, I phone it in. Really. Rather than prepare a thought-provoking, intelligent podcast, I go the easy way, and tell some of the early chronicles of my journey through Pokemon White.

Afterward, I make good use of my experience visiting Orlando theme parks to name my (false) top interactive theme park attraction, then my actual #1 interactive ride.

All-in-all, Issue 31 is likely to be interesting at worse, so click play, sit back, and enjoy the ride.

Pretty good listen Jason. I will probably wait to get one of the two versions since I can't find my DS Lite. Might pick up a 3DS along with one of the two versons. Any pokemon you like so far?

Three seem to hold my favor right now. An Ice-type that's shaped like Ice Cream, an ancient sea turtle that has a water/rock combo, and a cool crocodile with ground/dark typing. I'll probably be forming a team around these three at some point to battle casually online.

Initially developed by Bandai Namco, it was later scrapped completely and development was shifted back to Retro Studios to start the project over. In the end, Retro has delivered a solid new entry in the series, but one that doesn’t totally capture what originally made the series so compelling.
