That's pretty cool, especially the discount at the kiosk. I'm curious to know how good of a discount it is.
Old Save Files Unlock Content in Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time
Save files from the previous two PS3 Ratchet and Clank's unlocks goodies in the newest installment.
Players who already own the previous Ratchet and Clank titles, Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, and Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty, will unlock certain bonuses when they pop in Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time.
Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time, will read a player's hard drive to search for a save file from the previous games. Those with a save file for Tools of Destruction will be welcomed as returning customers at the vendor kiosks, and given a discount on items. According to those who were lucky enough to play the game already, this greatly aids with buying much needed weapons and armor, as it decreases the likeliness of running out of bolts.
Those with a Quest for Booty save file will unlock an avatar section that can be dressed up with items earned by accomplishing certain tasks within the game.
Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time releases for the PS3 in four days on October 27.
