Nintendo to Start Selling Select Downloadable Games in Online Store

Players now have an alternative to purchase downloadable games.

Nintendo has recently updated their online store with a Virtual Console and WiiWare section. This section will allow gamers to purchase a download ticket that they can redeem on the Wii Shop Channel.

Currently, the selection is very limited with only Super Mario Bros. 3 for the Virtual Console and Pokémon Rumble for WiiWare available at $5 and $15, respectively.
