Lost Planet 2 Multiplayer Demo
You'll find it sooner than you think.
The latest Lost Planet 2 demo will be available on April 21 for Xbox 360 and April 22 for PlayStation 3. If a little over three weeks seems too long for you to bear, fear not! You may be able to snag it sooner.
Capcom is offering a sneak preview of the demo beginning on March 31 for Xbox 360 and April 1st for PlayStation 3 (no foolin’).The codes themselves are already available. You just need to become a member of Capcom-Unity and “get Engaged” on the Lost Planet community site. Instructions and links for how to obtain the code can be found here.
This Lost Planet 2 demo features multiplayer action for up to 16 players with full chat support and stat tracking. The demo will use the “Turbulent Jungle” map from the online versus mode.
Downloading and playing the demo will also net you immediate access to the Machine Gun SP when the retail version of Lost Planet 2 launches. The Machine Gun SP fires three round bursts.
The good news doesn’t end there: the full retail version of Lost Planet 2 will be released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 one week early on Tuesday, May 11th. The PC version is still aiming for a Fall 2010 release.
