Cant help with the ps3 but anythingnwith a 360 or ps2 just let me know.

Ahh... Havent been on this place for like a milenium. How are things doing comrades? It's boiling hot today in here where I am and because of this I can only use the PS3 when it's like cloudy or raining or like it's 2am in the morning just to avoid the console from melting.
I'm eagerly waiting for the U.S. release of Tales of Xillia and to be frank, I have not seen any of the game play except for the Mystic Artes exhibition in Youtube and as well as the battle scene in English. To be honest, a lot of gamers will either cringe/hate/curse the U.S. release because of the voice acting w/c they will find quite diffent compared to the native one. To be honest, games should be in dual audio so gamers can always switch to the Japanese dub if they find the English dub to be atrocious.
My internet connection w/c runs on pre-paid got really awry so you might find me very seldom now on this site. My apologies but I really cannot do anything about my internet connection so the next best thing to do is to go to those really net cafes on my place and be connected on the world wide web for a good 5 hrs or so.
Before I get sidetracked more, I would like to ask for some professional help w/ the people fo this site about creating a PSN account. The reason I would like to create one is that I'm interested on buying DLC for Tales of Graces F w/c is primarily, the costumes.
I heard ugly rumors or facts that the PSN account is just exclusive for people living on an a certain area and also it will depend on their PS3's region as well. here are some of my information:

I'm planning on getting a prepaid debit card so that I'll use that to buy the stuff on PSN but the question is, will PSN accept a billing address on a different country? Suppose I did fake my billing address and set it to the U.S., will my PS3 w/c is region 3 accept all of this? Hmm... I wishj someone with the utmost knowlege will be able to shed a light to my inquiries. Thanks again for reading!
