Do Not Concern Me

After months of being aggravated, annoyed, and ready to slap some people the “coworkers” from the store that was torn down will be returning to the new one that was built. We may be a skeleton crew at my store again but THANK GOD the other people are leaving. I could say a lot about some of them but I think I should remember the wisdom of Ruby Nash:

“My mother taught me never to say something 'less it was nice. So I don't have nothing to say…”

Since I’m doing this late at night I’ll just quickly go over some happenings. Firstly I’ve lost so much damn weight I went from wearing XXXL shirts with a pair of 44 slack to wearing a XL and a pair 38 blue jeans.

Me

As for games I got Jade Empire for the PC, and I feel dirty about how I got it.

Origin

I’ve also made a preorder Friday evening. Around January after my birthday I’ll be picking up my copy of Final Fantasy Explorers. I haven’t really played a new Final Fantasy since XIII let alone one with online multiplayer since XI. In any case this game caught my attention when I saw it on November’s Nintendo Direct so I decided I would pick up a copy for old time sakes.

Decided I would go with a physical copy because I’ll be needing the room on my 3DS’s SD card when Fire Emblem Fates is released. And since I’m still on Nintendo I brought my Pokemon X and AS games for the Hoopa distribution on day one. I now have two that I need to train.

Next I would like to mention that I saw the new TMNT movie trailer: there might be hope but I have to remember it’s a Bay movie.

As far as movies go there’s no way I’m seeing The Force Awakening when it starts showing before the year ends. I have a better chance of being a big shot IT guy for a company that’s being overseen by a chairman with a minibar in his globe. Speaking of IT I’m going to test my PC’s performance with Ubuntu again. This time I’m playing it safer. Not going to be a big shot IT guy anytime soon but still a better chance than seeing The Force Awakening.

Finally, two reviews I wrote this month are in queue with my editor and I’m planning on doing a different kind of article soon. I think that’s about it for now.

Till next time and may the Force be with you.

I got Jade Empire free on Origin too. I've never played it, and about time I try it.

I didn't know FFExplorers was a 3DS title? For some reason I thought it was a Vita or Phone game? I need to pick that up as well then.

I can't wait for new Fire Emblem too!

I do love Ubuntu!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who used Origin to download Jade Empire.

I've been losing weight too thank god. Gave up soda, and have been eating a little better.

I'm really excited for starwars.  we ordered our tickets for the sunday after it opens in advance.  Can't wait to see it.

I've mostly switched to diet soda but I've been losing weight by having a better eating habit as well.

I'll have to wait awhile to see The Force Awakening but I'm sure I'll be seeing a lot about on Twitter.

I'm gaining weight. Fuck fast food and the fact it's the only thing near Home Depot. In like every city we inventory.

There is a way to be turned off by fast food, and that's by making those sandwhiches for at least 10 years.

I've been turned off to it for the past two months just from eating it, but I suck at remembering to pack lunches and there is nothing else around.

I usually pack my cup of noodles the night before but I doubt that's what you have for lunch?

No, but others do. I really should have packed my lunches. To be honest, I really just constantly forget my lunch or to pack the night before since I have to wake up at 4am for my job and am usually rushing out the door to make it to the meet site in time (meet site being a nearby Home Depot 10 mins from my house from which I take a van to whatever Home Depot or other store we need to inventory that day). Also, the breakroom where people with packed lunches go is kinda sad and silent but that doesn't excuse me for being stupid and not just using the dollar menu and getting salads these past two months. C'est la vie.

I see. Just keep clear from the mozzarella sticks (we sell those now).

It's exciting but I heard some rumors. I won't mention them here but I might be disappointed if they're true.

I think i'll have the same thing happening where I live with Star Wars. Too crowed to attend, but I can try.

Seems I was late installing Origin for freebie Jade Empire, but I don't mind. I'm also iffy about EA's wannabe overt DRM version of Steam and the only games I look in getting there are Mass Effect 3, Titanfall and Alice's Madness Return (because their version has the original 2000 Alice).

Actually Jade Empire on the house is still going but I agree on EA's approach with digitial distrubtion. I was interested in Titanfall but I think I can get by with some other alternatives.
