I was going to stay in bed today when Mom asked if I wanted to sleep in or go to the local GoodWill, but then I changed my mind, and I’m glad I did. I actually got a good haul from the store. Starting with a rare find among a crapton of shirts I found this piece of clothing:

Granted it was about Skyward Sword (one of the Zelda games I haven’t played because I don’t have a motion plus wiimote and I prefer the overhead style games) but I got it anyway. Next two items are games. Starting with this neat find:

So now I have three of the Jedi Knight games. I was going to say I also have two Dark Force games but I seem to have traded that in. I couldn’t stand the non-analog gamepad controls: Your shots did hit like it was Doom but there was aiming. But I think I’ll add the first Dark Force title to my wishlists. With the next game I had to ask one of the guys that works there to let me see the basket it was in. I bring this up because he looked like that James guy from Extra Credits if he was Kylo Ren. He mentioned that there were mostly kids games in there but I also bring up that sometimes the staff there also put some GBA games in the mix. So we had a little talk about the trail game mix I found out that this game exists:

And I got it. It would have been three games but there were a couple of problems. The first problem was that the game, which was Doom 3, only had three of the four discs in the case. The second being that even if I got it the serial key wouldn’t work with Steam since it was an early code. But I’m glad with my find.

This Saturday is my birthday… and I have to work. I’m hoping my request off for the next day goes through so I can spend Saturday night playing some multiplayer. Next week is also when Final Fantasy Explorers comes out but I may get that on Payday next week since it’s a few days after my loan payment…
