A Bunch of Snags

Okay, so to start off with the memoir business. I have a list of subjects but I haven't started on an artucal piece. To make it sure I couldn't get into the mind set to write on them. The only writing I did were the articles I wrote for The Gaming Ground. And yet I'm writing a blog here (D'OH!). But in any circumstance... yeah...

But as for my articles I've been keeping them up. My most recent ones were No70: Eye of Basir for PC (Which was a lesson of double checking system requirements on my graphic card for me) and Cursed Castilla EX for the Nintendo 3DS. Aside from pet projects and Federation Force I didn't expect to review many 3DS games but the editor-in-chief had a review key and asked if I wanted to do it. There may be a few more in the future.

Speaking of the 3DS I've been working on completing the Alolan Pokedex before Pokemon UltraSun and Ultra Moon came out. Why? because I want to do a shiny team for no real reason than just having one. Silly I know, but I'm at 71% completion.

In other gaming news I've uninstalled Borderlands: The PreSequel. As much as I like the series I couldn't get into them on solo plays. Even though I have a friend to play with he's ahead in the story or there's a level gap between the characters we play. If we were to play any games we share it might be either Terraria or Roguelands. Right now on Roguelands I'm working on getting my gear upgrade to ultimate.

I guess the lat time to talk about before closing up is my current diet status, since I've been working hard on that. And by working hard I mean finding the determination to lose weight let alone the will to not eat all the Bugels and Peanut Butter (straight from the jar). From the beginning of July to now I went from 255 lbs to 230 lbs. I'm glad I'm losing this weight since I have a bunch of XL shirts I want to wear but at the moment it kind of stopped. I was told I hit what people call a plateau. Eventually I'm going to look good in a Game Grumps tee (as well the the Domo shirt I just got) without wearing a denim shirt over it.

I had that problem in Borderlands. Mark would get ahead of me and then I would get beat up in the game playing co-op. I would power level though. That was good, at least.

Yeah, having a higher level friend would sometimes help.

At times it was pretty funny. Once I started a new character and jumped in with Mark's level 50 something character. Oh my, I had to hide because one shot would kill me. Then i watched as I gained a level every few seconds.

I'm hovering around 260 and have for a while. I eat ok, but what I'm lacking is a routine of exercise, which I find really difficult to keep up.

..Heh, congrats on the weightloss..~ Funny..I got myself a domo shirt too..Sorta wonder if certain game series would or have made some shirts I'd buy..Then again I pretty much have plenty of shirts..Mostly need more pants to balance the ratio..

I would also like to lose wight again and have a Game Grumps tee. Peanut butter out the jar is damn tempting though. The weekend birthday party (someone else's) that was just had in NOLA was not helpful.
