Bill, Zoey, and Francis arive on the far side of ground zero and find Louis lying on the ground with his radiation suit melting against his body. Bill finds a water hole and tosses Louis into it. The melting slowly stops and Louis's eyes roll back in his head.

"Louie" screams Francis as blood starts seeping from his mouth. Zoey removes her med kit and starts to heal Louis. Zoey gets done and steps back and realizies that the med kit had no effect and Louis was still dead. Francis uses a defib and gets shocked for his troubles. Bill laughs and then reminds Francis get Louis out of the water first. Bill pulls Louis out of the water and looks at Louis. Sadly he shakes his head and says:

"We  have lost Louis and there is nothing we can do."  With this Bill starts to dig a grave.

Horified Zoey says "Bill we can't give up yet."  Bill looks at Zoey and says if we don't get him into the ground he will become one of them.

"Not necessarily" a voive form behind them says. (<-ZombieKillerKira's favorite line ever!) They all quickly turn and look at someone tat they all think they recognize. Lucy Ann is standing there with a syringe of serum. The group then holds Louis down as he dies and starts to turn. Zoey takes the syringe and plunges it into Louis's neck. Soon Louis is sitting up looking dazed as he starts to recover.

Bill looks at Louis and says "Welcome back! That was the stupidest thing I have ever seen. Next time you want to run away from something just piss off Zoey!" The group laughs as the tension has subsided; for now. But, presently we have two survivors that have been treated. Can either be trusted? The journey has almost ended as the group nears an abanded amusment park. Or is it?
