Walking Dead is great. I watched my brother play it. I've been meaning to start the second season.
Free records like vinyl?

So how was everyone's 4th of July? I hope you all had a great one. The day before yesterday, I decided to see what kind of things the GameStop at the mall had. I found a used copy of The Walking Dead for the Vita. Back when they were free on plus for the PS3, I got all of the episodes but the dlc wasn't available at the time so I never got it. For some reason I never played the episodes. When the Vita version came out I decided to play them. I only got to episode 4 because at that time I got it used as well and Bravely Default was coming out the following week and I just wanted something to play until then.
I wanted to complete the game since I was only one more episode from completing the game. Just finished it today and got my second platinum. I'm not really dedicated into getting platinum trophies but its fun trying to get them. Next on the list is Earth Defense Force 2025. I never played an EDF game before but I've heard they're pretty fun. The graphics aren't top notch compared to today's graphics in games, it's a shooter but not as polished as Gears of War or Killzone, and there's no real story to it besides shooting hordes of giant bugs. That being said, this game is actually pretty fun. You can choose between four different classes in the game. Unlock numerous weapons (I read the list is up in the hundreds) and I believe there are 80+ stages. I could be wrong.
I was thinking the hours of gameplay with this type of game would only last me about 10-12 hours but from what I've read on GameFAQs, this is one of the longest 360 action shooter games. It seems pretty cool, but I can see how people will get bored of this because it's so repetitive. Its still a fun game especially when you play with other people. I was lucky enough to find a pre owned copy around my area because the GameStop employee said she's seen only one person buy this game since it came out. Hopefully this doesn't get too boring for me since I got it at a good price.
I also stopped by the record store at the mall. They used to have a crate full of free records and I would get awesome artists. It's been a while since they've had any freebees so I decided to check and once again they had a crate full. I just got what looked interesting to me but I had no clue who I got nor what they sound like. Oh well, can't beat the price of free.
Well that's all for now. I just wante to post something quick about my pickups. Hope you all had a great 4th of July.
BEYOND!
I didn't get into them when the first episode released but when they all came in a collection, I started to become interested. Didn't think I would.
Yes free vinyl. It's crazy to see some records that they just give away. I always feel weird just walking in and digging thorugh their free record crate and walking away with some but I always find something interesting. Even if I don't listen to any of them or know any of the artists, I still don't mind adding them to my collection.
