This game is hard to stay interested in. I played through all the way to the final desk, but lost the will to finish it up. It's a beautiful game to look at...but the gameplay is a bit shallow IMO.
one of the worst superhero games I've ever played. Nothing about this title is compelling. nothing. i'm rather surprised you scored it at 2 stars. with a 5 hour campaign and no variety in gameplay, it's a solid single star IMO.
steep price point. To be expected though. i'll be waiting for it to get below 2 bills before I consider grabbing it up..
that $299 bundle looks exactly like what I'll be wanting for xmas.
I dig the premise of the game. While I'm not a fan of motion-controlled anything (I don't even like touchscreen stuff lol,,,too "newfangled" for me) I dig that this game is JUST AS accessible without a move remote. The box art GRABS your attention....gameplay sounds quite fun, as you've described it. Once this title gets down to about 20 bucks (anyone know what it runs new right now??) I'll bite!!!!
any word on why OnLive's stopping the promo? Did it just run its course?
i never got into the DMC series...most I've ever played was a bit of the first stage of DMC 4. These HD collections are right up my alley, as I missed nearly ALL the good stuff from the previous gen(s).
it's good to see that SCEA is in the mood to dole out a discount pass. I love it when we're NOT being charged full price for DLC.
I'm actually really happy that this shooter isn't an open-world adventure...the linearity of it appeals to me greatly at this time in 2011, what with allthe AAA titles we're on the cusp of playing: Arkham City, Skyrim, the FPS War, all that. Linearity to me right now means I might actually be able to get through the entire game in under 20 hours....a must, as I'm currently juggling a plethora of RPG's.

Man oh man, I really hope they implement some competitive shooter elements into the mp, like team deathmatch....could you imagine? Gunning down other players as Wrex? RaaawwwwR!!!!
