Codename: Project Happiness is a Game Being Revealed at E3

The father of Harvest Moon has a new IP coming out.

If Natsume is known for anything, it has to be for their cartoonish farm/life simulator series Harvest Moon.  Combining addictive game mechanics with a wholesome aesthetic styling was par for the course for series creator Yasuhiro Wada and it looks like he may be ready to strike that chord again with an E3 unveiling of Codename: Project Happiness.

Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals Hands On Preview

Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals brings the Lufia series back in an entirely new form.

Lufia: Curse of The Sinistrals is a very different experience than its original source (the Lufia series from the SNES). Unlike its turn-based RPG SNES predecessors, this Lufia is action based. It was good for what it was, but I'm not sure if I like this transition yet.

Lufia Sequel Unveiled By Famitsu

Those familiar with the Taito developed Super Nintendo games will be pleased to hear that a sequel is in the works.

Back in 1993, Taito released an RPG for the Super Famicom titled Estpolis Denki - known in the US as, Lufia & the Fortress of Doom. According to a Famitsu.com posting, Square Enix is creating a sequel to the classic title.

Shadow of the Ninja and Other Classic Natsume Titles Virtual Console Bound?

The company met with Nintendo recently and discussed bringing some of their NES and SNES games to Virtual Console.

Natsume's Vice President of Operations Graham Markay told Siliconera that there is a strong possibility of classic Natsume games coming to Nintendo's Virtual Console.
