Uncharted 3 to Contain Early Access to Starhawk Open Beta
Drake's latest adventure holds many treasures indeed.
It’s not like we needed any more incentive to pick up Uncharted 3 when it releases on November 1, but Sony has gone and sweetened the pot in an unexpected but pleasant way.
Eric Monacelli, community strategist for Uncharted Developer Naughty Dog, posted on the Official Sony Blog today that not only had the game officially gone gold, but that Drake’s latest adventure would come packed with early access to the Starhawk open beta, which will presumably be available early next year before the game releases.
The spiritual successor of Warhawk, Starhawk is a 3rd person action shooter where you can mold the battlefield to your liking by calling down artillery, weapons and fortifications. The game will feature both online competitive multiplayer and a single player campaign.
Starhawk is set to release sometime in early 2012 as a PlayStation 3 exlcusive.
