God of War III Pitched as FPS

SCEA Art Director Ken Feldman attempted to convince the director of the game to transform the third mainline title of the series.

During an interview with CGSociety, SCEA Art Director Ken Feldman revealed that he made push to convert God of War III into a first person shooter.

When asked what ideas could've been used in the game he responded:

"I tried unsuccessfully to convince Stig to make 'God of War III' a first-person shooter. Kratos could have some truly badass huge weapons that rip gods to shreds. Unfortunately he didn’t see the genius in the idea."
