Ubisoft Reveals New Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands Details

The latest Prince of Persia game will take place between Sands of Time and Warrior Within.

Ubisoft has announced new details for Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. The next entry in the series will take place between Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Warrior Within.

In The Forgotten Sands, the prince visits his brother's kingdom and during his visit the palace is attacked by an army. In order to save the kingdom, the prince invokes the powers of the sand.

Currently, no other details about the game are known, aside from the targeted platforms for release. All major platforms will see some version of the game: the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will be identical while the versions for the Wii, DS, and PSP will all be different.

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands will be released May 2010.

Ubisoft Continues the Prince of Persia® Sands of Time Adventure

About the Game
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is the next chapter in the fan-favorite Sands of Time universe. Visiting his brother's kingdom following his adventure in Azad, the Prince finds the royal palace under siege from a mighty army bent on its destruction.
