Deathstroke, and an Unrefined Batman take Center Stage

Gameinformer has just revealed their May cover which exposes a prequel to the critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham games, titled Batman: Arkham Origins. Developed by WB Montreal, Arkham Origins promises a tale of a young, and learning Batman who will face off against some of his most infamous enemies, including Slade Wilson (aka Deathstroke), who will be making his debut appearance.

A fan made project kicks off the Blue Bomber's 25th anniversary early.

It’s been a rough time for Mega Man fans lately. After the departure of creator Keiji Inafune, work involving the Blue Bomber seems to have ground to a halt within Capcom. After two cancelled projects (Mega Man Legends 3 for 3DS and Mega Man Universe for digital download) the company has been oddly mum on the franchise. With Dr. Light’s favorite son about to celebrate his 25^th birthday people have been wondering if there’s any hope left for the series. While Capcom is remaining silent on what they have planned for 2013, fans can look forward to a labor of love coming to them for free this month. Enter a new challenger, in the form of Street Fighter x Mega Man.

Return to Omega, packing new weapons, and an unlikely ally.

It’s been a rough year for BioWare, especially the Mass Effect team. After the outcry of fans upset with the outcome of the epic sci-fi/RPG trilogy the team had to postpone planned DLC to work on a new ending. To quell the anger in that time, multiple free multiplayer add ons were released, and the game didn’t see its first true story-based DLC until Leviathan was released in August. It seems like the team is back on track, soldiering on after the departure of the company founders. While it won’t quite make it in time for “N7 Day”, the Omega DLC pack will be available soon, and promises to be the biggest addition to the game so far.
