Nintendo Download: 05/10/2010

Photo Dojo drops as expected alongside the third iteration of Phoenix Wright on WiiWare.

This week's Nintendo Download features a few new titles on both WiiWare and DSiWare, while Virtual Console takes a break for the week.

On DSiWare, Nintendo's Photo Dojo is now available for free (until June 10), and it allows player to take photographs and map them to moves and characters within a fighting game. Alongside the freebie title, the classic, Earthworm Jim now with the added feature of facial expression challenges using the DSi camera. Flips: The Enchanted Wood from EA also makes an appearance at 500 Nintendo DSi Points, and finally Chess Challenge! which is also available on WiiWare.

Aside from the aforementioned Chess Challenge!, the only WiiWare title of the week is Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations. This is the third title in the series, as well as the third one to release on WiiWare.

PHOTO DOJO LEADS A FIST-PUMPING LINEUP OF NEW DOWNLOADABLE GAMES

I picked up Photo Dojo and Earthworm Jim. Long story short, Photo Dojo is a fun diversion at best (however I'm not complaining since it's free), and Earthworm Jim is a disappointing port with a gimmicky new feature.
