Conquer Action Mode in Scribblenauts with Only Two Objects

Believe it or not, handcuffs and a vending machine are all you need!

As it turns out, a clever bunch of Scribblenauts players have discovered that almost every single level in Action Mode can be successfully completed using the same two objects: handcuffs and a vending machine.

While this little tidbit of information was first discovered at Gamefaqs, videos soon began popping up on YouTube depicting exactly how to perform the trick. Basically, players attach the handcuffs to a starite, stuff the handcuffs with star attached into a vending machine, then simply retrieve the star from said vending machine.

A clever concept indeed, but doesn’t that take all the fun out of it? Check below to see a video of the trick in action.

I missed where the fun was in Scribblenauts, exactly. I had this same problem, not in the sense that the game was too easy to beat, but that the puzzle were either too simplistic or needed something too specific. As much as I could stand to play, I found the most fun way was to try to complete each stage by not using items at all, or, at most, use one item when necessary. I abhor the stages that require you to create several items and give them to people/things, because of this.

Also, there's the absolute ton of glitches, bugs, and control issues. Those were a bit of a deterrent, too.
