Wow what an experience BaD was for me. I don't know if I can keep up with the daily blogs. I would like to make some more detailed and in depth type blogs rather than just updates everyday. So I might do weekly or bi-weekly would be ideal for me. Add some fitness and nutrition stuff with gaming. We breaking an old age stereotype woooooo. 

I am just preparing myself for the winter storm that is headed toward this area this weekend. Got XCOM and groceries. I am good to go. I am excited to start playing. I just haven't had too much time. Dealing with things and trying to lower my stress. So I am going to relax with whole weekend and just chill and have some me time. I would like to thank everyone who read my BaD stuff. It was immensely enjoyable reading all everything. I still have some stuff I need to still read. There was just so much of it. Thanks again everyone.

I need to ask my trainer if I can change up my workout routine a bit, so it feels less boring. I like having structure, but damn have I been getting bored of only being able to walk uphill on the treadmill. It's only for 20 minutes though, so maybe I just need more music on my iPod.

There is so much you can do than just walk on a treadmill. So I would def mention something to the trainer. That is their job to make training enjoyable.

Lol he's my friend and doing me a favor for free, so I can't approach it like "your job to me is to" when it's really a favor. But I will ask what else I can do. He says don't run, cause that causes injury more often and you can burn about as much fat just making that hill higher for yourself. I'll see if he has any other ideas, though. If not, I'll lve.

Yea running is a double edged sword. It can be helpful but it is also very detrimental. It is all about goals. If running fits into the plan for the goal then its worth it.

It's not necessary for what I'm trying to do, or at least I don't think so. I just got used to doing it with my previous effort of flat out weight loss.

I re-downloaded Xcom for my ipad.  Haven't started it yet though.

I am really looking forward to it. Strategy games are one of my favorite genres but I haven't played anything in the genre since I was a kid.
