Blast off into outerspace once again for another stellar Mario platformer.
When Super Mario Galaxy released at the end of 2007, the world had never seen anything quite like it. Outerspace platforming provided for some unbelievably unique scenarios, as well as mind-bending challenges that took some time for players to wrap their heads around. Now, two-and-a-half years later, Nintendo has released a follow-up to the critically acclaimed platformer, which builds upon the original formula and brings it to the next level. Super Mario Galaxy 2 features new power-ups, new worlds, greater challenge, and much more to do.
With a crazy world, story, and characters, Zeno Clash is definitely worth at least a look.
It's not often you find games that have worlds so crazy and unique that you're dumbfounded upon sight. I can honestly say that Zeno Clash has one of those worlds. It's almost like Alice in Wonderland, just crazier and seemingly more acid-induced. Don't get me wrong, the world, story, and characters are easily the most alluring part of the game, giving players the drive to push through to the end in just one or two sittings.
Nick missed the original release, but click through to find out his opinion of the "super" update.
Super Street Fighter IV is the follow-up to the popular Street Fighter IV released just last year. The game features a number of new fighters and modes, and is considered the most complete version (currently) of Street Fighter IV. To be honest, I've had no exposure to Street Fighter IV prior to playing Super Street Fighter IV. As a matter of fact, the last Street Fighter game I've played was Super Street Fighter II on the SNES. I enjoyed the series quite a bit back then, so it has been nice to see just how far it has come.

This week's Nintendo Download is a bit more exciting than weeks passed, as it offers up a nice selection of games for players to choose from.
A decent title that might just be a little too static.
Dead to Rights is not a particularly high-profile series, nor is it considered the cream of the crop, but it seemed to fare well with certain gamers, developing a cult following. Given the enthusiastic minority, Namco Bandai has decided to resurrect the series with a reimagining of the original title. The result is a generic action game that doesn't play off of its strengths, forcing players into constant gun fights.
Photo Dojo drops as expected alongside the third iteration of Phoenix Wright on WiiWare.
This week's Nintendo Download features a few new titles on both WiiWare and DSiWare, while Virtual Console takes a break for the week.
What the hell happened to this series?
The Samurai Shodown series has been around at this point for quite a while. Years ago, it helped redefine the fighting genre by working in a variety of new ideas, most prominently, weaponry. Unfortunately for the series, over time it has become less and less relevant, especially when it made its move to 3D. Since that point, it has struggled to find its identity, and this shows through in the latest iteration of the series, Samurai Shodown Sen.
