Undead Knights Review

Command the undead in this Pikmin-esque action title.

These days, zombie games seem to be a dime a dozen. They've been comrades and enemies, units in tower defense, and even the player's character itself. Disregarding the apparent glut of titles, Tecmo has created yet another starring the undead. Undead Knights puts players in control of the creator of the zombie horde. In order to complete the missions in each level, players must convert enemies into zombie soldiers in order to do their bidding.

Atlus Announces 3D Dot Game Heroes for North America

The media darling is arriving in America next year at a discount price.

In a surprise announcement in the middle of the night, Atlus announced 3D Dot Game Heroes for North America. The retro-inspired title will see release on the PlayStation 3 on May 11, 2010.

NBA Unrivaled Review

Don't be fooled, this is not NBA Jam.

Growing up, basketball was easily my favorite sport. I played it recreationally with friends, in a league, and on my school's team. Hell, I loved the sport so much I even obsessively played Basketball video games. Of course, being that I couldn't really dunk the ball or do anything particularly flashy, I found myself enjoying NBA Jam far more than any other title available at the time. Crazy dunks and fast-paced gameplay defined the series.

God of War III to Feature Co-op?

A recent Sony quiz seems to suggest it.

With the release of God of War Collection this week, which includes a demo for God of War III, hype for the upcoming game is clearly building. As such, Sony has added a module to their Retail Loyalty Site revolving around God of War III. The module allows players to take a quiz on the game in order to learn more about the title.

Nintendo Download: 11/16/2009

Demos are now available on the Wii Shop Channel along with Pokemon Rumble. The Art Style series continues this week on DSiWare as well.

This week's Nintendo Download brings some big news for Nintendo fans. Demos are launching today in North America with a healthy selection including Bit.Trip Beat, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord, NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits, and World of Goo.

Since New Super Mario Bros. released on the DS in 2006, it has managed to sell an unprecedented number of copies - around 19 million. Given the clear popularity of the title and its mass appeal, Nintendo has created a sequel to the title. Rather than keep the course, New Super Mario Bros. Wii shakes up the formula creating a familiar but unique experience. Players will have a variety of new items to experience as well as some new enemies and worlds. Most importantly, players can now enjoy the game with up-to-three friends, an addition that significantly alters the mechanics and play styles of the game.
