Heya everyone? Today we are gonna continue from where we left off yesterday. So here is Part 2 of my favorite Wii U games of 2016:
Xenoblade Chronicles X: I know what you are thinking? Why is this here if it's a 2015 game? Well the game released in December 2015, which was pretty late. I managed to finish it sometime in January of February. I don't remember, but it was a really good game. One of the things I was looking forward to were the Skells, which are transforming mechs you can pilot and add weapons to. It was so much fun piloting a Skell. The game itself was really good. But you have to work for better weapons and equipment for you and your Skell. I definitely loved the sci-fi elements of the game. I don't think is quite as good as the original Xenoblade Chronicles, but definitely a good game and probably one of the best Wii U games out there. It's a massive game, so just a heads up if you wanna try it.
Twilight Princess HD: I've always wanted this game in HD, so that was one of my dreams come true when it was announced. I've been playing this game for over 10 years now and I got to say that the HD version is definitely the best version of the game. It's a good game for those looking to play it for the first time and still a good game to revisit. The game also has a new dungeon if you use the Wolf Link amiibo too. To be honest, I don't know what else needs to be said about Twilight Princess after this post I made.
Pokken Tournament: Pokken Tournament to me is what Pokemon battles would be like in real life if they followed the anime. It looks like that way. It's basically Tekken but with Pokemon. The game is just oozing with personality and things going on in the background. Each playable Pokemon has their own fighting style and attacks, so it really is up to you to pick one that fits your own playstyle. The game also has a pretty cool trainer customization option too. It's a really fun game and definitely one of, if not, the best Pokemon spin-off out there like no Pokemon spin-off ever was.
Bayonetta 2: Platinum Games seems to be getting alot of love on my posts huh? I really enjoyed the first game, but 2 takes all of that, and makes it even more over the top and better. This game is just insane. I think I like this look for Bayonetta more than her original look, but she's still a really cool character regardless of which looks better. It's definitely one of the Wii U's best looking games and definitely one of the best action games I ever played. It would be my favorite action game if it wasn't for Arkham Asylum. If you can find a copy, get it. I was lucky enough to find the one with both games and definitely worth the 60 bucks I paid for it.
Well those are all my favorite Wii U games I played back in 2016. Next time I'll look at a different system and my favorite games I played on it in 2016. So thanks for reading and...
