Hiya everyone, how are you? Contrary to popular belief, the Wii U did have games in 2016. Though not all of them here are 2016 releases, but that still doesn't mean there aren't any games on the system. Well here's Part 1 of my Favorite Wii U games of 2016...
Star Fox Zero: This one was a long time coming. The game I found pretty fun actually. The controls might take time getting used to but it's a pretty fun game overall. Platinum Games did a good job with it. I'll plan to have an opinions post on the game later on.
Star Fox Guard: This was a bundled game with Star Fox Zero which I think was just known as Project Guard back then. It's a pretty neat but fun little game. This one was also by Platinum Games too. Speaking of Platinum Games...
Bayonetta: I remember people recommended this game to me back then, but at the time I only had a PS3 and apparently that version had framerate issues or something. Well Bayonetta 2 came with a port of the first game, and finally gave me a chance to try it. It's a really fun action game. The game is just crazy, but in a good way. It took a while but glad I was able to try it. I might try to get it on the PS3 because I may want that Platinum trophy.
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE: I remember being interested in this when they first teased it. It's basically a cross between Atlus' Shin Megami Tensei series with Nintendo's Fire Emblem series. The game retains its Japanese dub and is subbed in english, so like an anime I suppose. I never finished it, but I really enjoyed what I played. Might plan to go back to it eventually.
So that's part 1 of my favorite Wii U games of 2016. Thanks for reading and...
