Blog a Day #10

Hello everyone, how are you? With this we are now getting to much more lenghty posts now so it should be fun. Like last year I didn't play too many 360 games but this year I played one that I've always wanted to try.

Alan Wake

Alan Wake: This is a game I've always wanted to try but never got around to getting. It was being pulled from digital stores last year because the developers lost the rights to the music or something. I knew I had to buy it then because I wouldn't be able to try it anymore. It's a really great game actually. I don't think I've ever played a horror game like it. I really can't say more since I could spoil something.

Alan Wake's American Nightmare

Alan Wake's American Nightmare: Not a sequel per se, but more like it takes place after the first game. I don't think it's quite as good as the original game but it's a very fun game considering it was a 10 dollar digital game. There's even an arcade mode that has you fight wave after wave of enemies which is pretty fun

And those are all the 360 games I tried last year which isn't a lot tbh but was satisfied with what I played. Although I feel it won't beat Forza Horizon for me. Thanks for reading and...

I'd play Alan Wake if it appeared as a Games With Gold freebie. It might be interesting.

I didn't have a 360 personally, but my brother did. I bought him Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey and they seemed like pretty good rpgs.

Never played an Alan Wake game. I bet someday they do another one though. People love those.

I haven't played my 360 since 2015!  But I played it a lot for nearly ten years, so it had a good run.

I've meant to play Alan Wake for years now! Gotta do that this year. Last year I did play one 360 game, F.E.A.R. It was pretty good. I just wish it had focused more on the horror aspects and less on the shoot outs with military dudes.

Shit, what if other developers lose the rights to some random thing in their game and I forget to download it?

Guess I'll have to buy a 2TB and stock up for winter.
