Hello everyone, how are you doing? I love toys and figures, if you haven't noticed. Especially ones based on my favorite video games. Anime and super hero stuff too. Unlike last year, there really isn't much to go on which is good because these things are expensive. This year I'll be adding prices to the stuff to give you an idea on how pricey these things are. But anyway, here are the figures I want to buy this year...

 

                          

Persona 5 Futaba: Price Unknown atm but most likely $65-70 USD. A figma of Futaba, one of the charcters from Persona 5. This one is in prototype form so it could be releasing mid to late this year. What's really interesting is unlike all the other Persona 5 figmas, she is in her normal outfit rather than her outfit for when the Phantom Thieves are in the Metaverse. Regardless, she is my favorite character in the game so I will definitely get her when her figma goes up for sale.

                  

Persona 3 Protagonist figma: Price: $70.00 USD This one is due out soon. I have actually seen this figma before back before I played Persona 3 for the very first time. But that was before I got into the series. But you know time passes and these figures go out of print and any remaining figures are snatched up and resold for ridiculous prices. And that's the situation with this one too. I wanted one but it's either pay a scalper for one or go the cheap route and buy a bootleg. Well GoodSmile has everyone covered since they plan to re-issue it this year. Definitely a top priority and I need a figure of one of my favorite games.

Meta Knight nendoroid: Price: $54.99. I'm sure some of you might remember that Meta Knight was on one of these posts a few years back and that I intended to buy one. Unfortunately I had to pass up on it, because again, these things cost as much as a full priced game. However he was really popular that he went out of print with bootlegs popping up but GoodSmile has decided to re-issue Meta Knight once more and you can bet I'm gonna get him this time. Well try to. Maybe we'll get a King Dedede at some point too.

Splatoon Inkling Girl DX Edition: Price: $59.99-$130.00 USD. And finally, we have Splatoon figmas from Nintendo's popular online shooter. It's really cool because not only are they making a figma from Inkling Girl from the first game, but a figma from Inkling Girl from Splatoon 2 as well. You can only seem to get the Splatoon 2 design figma if you opt for the DX edition, which yes is really pricey and that's the one I'm going for. You can also get the regular Splatoon Inkling Girl for $60 if you don't want both figures, which is easier on the wallet. This one is easily the most hyped figma I want this year in terms of new figmas, not re-issues.
