Who likes moving? I can't stand it.

Well fellow 1Up....er...hmm. Sorry, force of habit. How about just "Hi" for now. :)

I'm ready to get back to what I loved so much about the old hangout, bloggin' and readin'. So with that in mind I ask the age old question.

What game should I buy this month? Lets look at the two contenders for my wallet.

Tomb Raider: I loved the 1st game way back on PS1 and Underworld was actually pretty decent. The games in the middle, well...whatevs'. But I'm really enjoying my single player stuffs right now and exploring for shiny stuffs in this game looks fun. Plus I'm a sucker for archery.

Bioshock Infinite: Normally this would be a no brainer for me but I have so many fps games I'm into already and I need some variety. Don't get me wrong as I'm crazy excited for this but not excited for already announced season pass dlc. I guess I'm wondering, do I want this now and will I actually play it now? I'm very interested in the story of this one and thats what I keep coming back to.

I'm sure there are other games coming out this month but for the sake of paying bills on time I haven't looked. lol Whats on your radar this month? Maybes its something cool that isn't even coming out this month but already came out? Does anyone wanna help me unpack my crap? I got pizza and booze. I'm working on the profile thing as its a slow go for me right now w/all the other things in life keeping me busy. I still have to figure out how everything works here on this site but its been nice to glance and see some familiar names here. Hope you all are taking the move well and I can't wait to get settled in here, seems cool.

Till next time!

Happy Gaming. :)

I'm in for Bioshock Infinite and God of War.

Tomb Raider looks awesome, but I am waiting until after it releases.  It reminds me of Uncharted/Resident Evil 6.  So far to me, it looks like another somewhat linear, blockbuster action game.

Kratos!, oh yeah forgot about that one. Still though, the more I think about it the more I'm leaning towards Infinite because of its focus on single player. Tomb Raider has multi and I just don't care to play that.

I just might buy Bioshock. I didn't play the first two, but this one looks really exciting.

Yeah Infinite looks great. I'm just sorta feeling fps overload right now. But it looks interesting enough for sure.

Here, have some muffins.

Looking forward to the Tomb Raider reboot, but I probably won't buy it for a while. I won't start pulling in paychecks again until the end of April and I'll be playing catch-up with the bills for a bit.

Oh man! muffins! If they're bananna/blueberry then welcome aboard! Tomb Raider has exploration and I'm always down for that. Just good 'ol puzzle stuffs. I should do the adult thing and not buy any but....I can't hear myself right now. :)

It's a hard toss up between those two. I've always loved the Bioshock games but compared to their predecessor System shock 2 they're a bit on the short and linear side. Tombraider is yet another good franchise but this is the game that's going to change Lara & the way she adventures a lot.

Personally, I'd go with Tombraider as I think that would be a more robust game. However, Bioshock Infinite looks amazing!

I hear the end game stuff of Tomb Raider is more open world treasure hunting stuffs so that is whats keeping it on the possible list. I really just don't know. I guess when I get to the store I'll just toss a coin.

I hate moving out but love moving in.  On the other hand, I do love booze.  Welcome.

What 'hood you moving to?  Logan's Square? Humboldt?  Bucktown?

I'm really skeptical about Newmb Rader. Looks like typical current gen cover shooter.  Hope there are still some tricky jumps and death traps in there.  Failing that, I hope it's not too easy.  Survival in a survival game should be rough.

Nah, man. lol The "move" to PixlBit I meant. I like Rogers Park and am gonna stick around here. I might do a review on TR, depends on how I chug through the game. Good to see you made it!

Tomb Raider looks exciting but I don't think i'd go full price on it. I'll prob pick it up with it drops to $40. Bioshock Infinite is the safer bet I feel unless the TR reviews released so far blow you away

TR just seems like a nice change of pace for me is all. I've been all fps this and that. Bioshock is gonna be good but it just isn't something I would jam right now, so by the time I would get to it it'll be less in price. No need to pay for it just to collect dust until I feel like playing it.

Dead space 3 is something I'm def. gonna wanna jam even though I know its more action-centric. When I find it on super sale I'll drop you a line bud! Co-op that shite!
