I actually read a few articles and I think on one of them, a Microsoft employee said that the reason of the price increase is because of inflation and the $49.99 price existed ever since the service launched in 2002. If that is the case then this is a terrible excuse.
Probably because it's the day after Thanksgiving and Black Friday weekend.
This is absolutely horrible and will further justify my refusal to pay for Xbox Live Gold. I wonder how Microsoft will explain the reason for the price increase.

I would have to say file size unfortunately, the XBLA version is 140MB which is 100MB over the limit.
I always thought that a case is redundant on any DS considering that Nintendo build their systems like tanks and the clamshell design is very sturdy. Now the PSP on the other hand, that would be a more likely candidate for a case due to the exposed screen and its more prone to a lot of damage if its dropped.
I did, it's pretty good but I do have to admit that without the humor the game would of only been a decent Fable clone.
My initial reaction - why are they release two games in the same series within two months from each other?!?! Once I read that both were made simultaneously - they should of just combined the content of both titles together.
The only reason this seems expensive is because I paid $15 for this two years ago for the 360. But, for the amount of content you get which is a boatload, the price is justified.
