Seriously cool list though. When I end up picking up this game, I may grab the PC version instead of Xbox. Mods are one of the best things about Elder Scrolls games.
These just might be what you need to avoid … an arrow to the knee!
8. Deadly Dragons

I still remember my first fight with a dragon; in fact it was much like another first of mine … exciting and nerve-racking with my sword clanging all over the place. However, after having played hours of Skyrim the same old dragon encounters don’t get me going like they used to. Luckily Deadly Dragons looks to rekindle that magic flame by greatly augmenting the prowess of these flying lizards. With this mod the days of shrugging off dragon attacks are long gone. With an amped up difficulty level and a slew of new dragon races added you’ll be lucky enough to escape with your life.

7. A Quality World Map – With Roads

Since I’m terrible with directions, this one is a real life saver. It’s self-explanatory: your old map is replaced with a more detailed version that displays – you guessed it – roads. While this may sound relatively unimpressive, if you’re like me and have wandered off the beaten path one too many times, then you know the dangers that lie out there. No I’m not talking about Trolls or Dragons; I’m talking about the most terrifying foe of all, mountains. Nothing cuts a journey short like an impassible incline standing in your way. Fear not fellow travelers, thanks to this mod it’s easy to find your way back from the beaten path to continue your journey, escaping the hellish clutches of these hilly devils once and for all.

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen an entry in the Metroid Prime series - 18 years, in fact. It was 8 years ago that Metroid Prime 4 was originally announced and its development was more than a little turbulent. Initially developed by Bandai Namco, it was later scrapped completely and development was shifted back to Retro Studios to start the project over. In the end, Retro has delivered a solid new entry in the series, but one that doesn’t totally capture what originally made the series so compelling.
