Backloggers Anonymous Dead Space 2 Part 1

Bringing Backloggers Back from Dead Space!

Backloggers Anonymous is finally back, this time with a new cast! Join Casey, JD, and Joaquim as the three of us tackle the horrors of Dead Space 2! Yet, are these actual horrors or is this a violent shoot em up disguised as a horror game? And is this a bad thing? We discuss this and more!

New to the franchise? The game offers a cutscene to catch you up on the first game! Played 2 already? Try the New Game Plus then! Anyone and everyone is welcome to play along with us through this game! So pop Dead Space 2 into your PS3, 360, or PC and join us on an adventure surviving in outer space!

Hey, I'm late to listen to the show, but I just wanted to say congrats on getting this show off the ground again.  Looking forward to more!

Glad to see this podcast back.

I wish I could join you on this journey, but I no longer have the means to play this game.  I did come back it and play through it more recently.  I think that it was around the time that Dead Space 3 came out.

JD was right, I am rather fond of Dead Space 2. I have thought long and hard about it, and I think it may be one of my favorite games of last gen. The pacing is excellent, and it features one of the most impactful character arcs I have ever seen. I look forward to hearing what JD and Joaquim think about it.
