Nerds Without Pants is back again, but we’re still getting back into the swing of things. Since we were on a six week hiatus it’s time to catch up on a ton of games that we’ve played since the last time we recorded before break. That’s right, folks, it’s time for an all Consumption Junction edition of NWP! ESA's legal fees for Brown v. EMA will be on California.
Joystiq is reporting that the State of California has agreed to reimburse the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) $950,000 in legal fees for fighting Brown v. EMA up to the Supreme Court. Originally, $1.1 million was requested. This includes reimbursements for the 2008 case, which the state already paid. California has paid the ESA more than $1,327,000.
