Will this lead to Bomberman-Metal Gear crossovers in the future?
Andriasang has translated a Japanese press release announcing that Konami will be completely buying up Hudsonsoft. Previously, Konami owned over 50% of Hudson. This transaction means that Konami will own Hudsonsoft in its entirety. Who knew a golf cart could go 170MPH?
California Speed is just one of many arcade racing games produced by now-defunct Midway. This state-focused racer is like a cross between Cruis'n USA and San Francisco Rush, though it contains the flaws from both games without having any of the elements that made them unique and memorable. It has the finicky control of Cruis'n, the bad music of Rush, and the fog and pop-up of... well, they both have that.
Bust a move, skill to prove.
Released exactly one year apart, Bust-A-Move 2 Arcade Edition and Bust-A-Move ’99 (more commonly known as Bust-A-Move 3) are essentially the same game, with just a couple features added to 3. Like Tetris, the bubble-bursting puzzler has seen release on every system imaginable. Also like Tetris, if you’ve played one version, you’ve played them all.

Naturally, it makes me a tad uneasy, but there’s also a certain satisfaction to shooting down a swarm of bees!
New Arkham City trailer shows off the villain Hugo Strange. And he has something to reveal to the Dark Knight...

Thanks goes to the Wii homebrew community for whipping up the Ocarina cheat code.
By now, you've probably already heard that Donkey Kong Country Returns has some inescapable motion control. Whether playing with the Wii Remote and Nunchuk set-up or just the Wii Remote alone, you are going to be shaking to perform the vital function of rolling as well as ground pounding and blowing. Recently, however, the Wii homebrew community has concocted a method to skirt the need to use these motion controls.
A great compilation of three classic titles.
Sometimes game releases come about, not to offer the latest innovative experience, but rather to pay homage to our roots. Dragon's Lair Trilogy is one such example, and though similar gameplay would label a game broken or unplayable by modern standards, it showcases just how far we have come in 27 years.
