...For now.
PixlBit's reader, Zap, has fed the Mailbag, saving me a fortune in zebra import tariffs and fees. Since he sent such a robust and fulfilling message, we've decided we'd go ahead and feature it in it's own Pre-E3 Mailbag! Hooray Zap!

PixlBit's reader, Zap, has fed the Mailbag, saving me a fortune in zebra import tariffs and fees. Since he sent such a robust and fulfilling message, we've decided we'd go ahead and feature it in it's own Pre-E3 Mailbag! Hooray Zap!
The mailbag plans to take a break from feeding on zebras this week, just for you!
So, have something to say to anyone at PixlBit about E3? Requests? Predictions? Hopes? Dreams? Nightmares? If you do, know the mailbag loves to eat that kind of thing up, and perhaps, if you send it those messages and letters, I'll save a few bucks on zebra-traps.
Join Nick, Chessa, Jason H, Jason R, and Chris M for our third PlayBit, this time, beginning at 2:00 pm EST
As we all know, E3 is right around the corner. Fortunately, most of the PixlBit staff will be attending the show, and even better, they will all be leaving from the same airport!
Despite being a team, Doctors at Resurgam First Care have opted not to wear numbered jerseys. Gooooo Team!
To describe Trauma Team in one word, I'd have to say it's "inconsistent." Parts of the game, I felt were incredible, top-notch video game experiences, while at other points, the game's story and gameplay felt clumsy and cumbersome. Trauma Team falls in line with prior Trauma Center titles in most gameplay, adding two investigative modes, Diagnostics and Forensics. Each mode focuses on a different practice of medicine, and including the aforementioned two, there's also a Surgery, Emergency Response, Endoscopy, and Orthopedics section, creating a diverse selection of game play modes.
Oh no!
On a recent trip to Epcot, a video detailing a new ride, The Sum of All Thrills, caught my eye. In the video, I noticed a few Nintendo-related Easter Eggs, and while I wasn't able to snap a quick picture of either of them, I did manage to hunt down two fuzzy shots thanks to our wonderful internet.
PixlBit's Monster Hunter 3 chat-based adventure comes to an end.
Kathrine: How about gathering? It is a kind of grind.
Jason and Kathrine talk a bit about their experiences with Monster Hunter 3.
Kathrine: I'm actually kind of nervous about this, I'm not too good at thinking on my feet...
What does this game have to do with the Bermuda Triangle?
I'm not sure how to qualify the purpose of Bermuda Triangle: Saving the Coral. As far as I can perceive, the game's purpose is really Coral Reef awareness, but the methods Bermuda Triangle uses for actual gameplay are convoluted, underselling the game's main theme and making for what could be considered a hypocritical piece of "green" propaganda.
The organization will aim to teach responsibility and teamwork through the new awards.
The Boy Scouts announced plans for video game based awards today, in a move geared to teach members of the organization many responsible ways to play games and work together. The Boy Scouts will require their willing Tiger Cubs, Cub Scouts, and Webelos Scouts to manage a few different tasks in order to receive the award, all geared toward safe and constructive gaming.
