So, this past Friday night, after playing about 45 mins or an hour of Persona 4, I switched on the PS3 and got busy with what's easily become my favorite shooter on the PS3: Modern Combat Domination.

Ill tenor in my original blog, had to revamp. Think I was pissed about writing a good top 10 for 2011 blog and not having the sense to copy before I hit post. Needless to say, the blog somehow fell prey to an automatic log out. Ahh well. A second write-up is certainly in order. After a weekend of no gaming, I'm gathering a bit more strength before venturing back into Lordran. Dark Souls requires apt attention from the moment your load screen defers to running frames...at times its more than i can muster. Especially with the toddler wanting to play Angry Birds. More like screwing around at the start menu and sub menus. I'll be glad when he gets his Leapster for his upcoming 4th birthday..he actually might learn a thing or two. Those things look so cool, too, i think I might have fun playing with it. Might have to do a product review on them....they're being dubbed one of the best toys of 2011, from what I saw on the display in TRU.
tonight, i made a solid, two-hour run on the Capra Demon. The area that bastard is lodged in is extremely close quarters; more often than not I found myself getting sandwiched between him and his undead dogs. The enemies individually in this boss area really aren't hard..it's the combination of the three ganging up that equals swift demise. I must've screamed expletives about 10 times out loud tonight....oddly enough though, I didn't get exasperated to the point I want to give up though. In the past i'd have given up by now....but with every bit of progress I make, the more I want to play.
This is going to be a relatively quick blog, as I'm still high on the afterglow of the feats I'm about to detail.
The user blogs here at PixlBit aren’t en masse quite yet, as it’s a new feature. I’m here to help change all that.
