A Sonic game is a Sonic game only because it is part of the franchise. For example, Sonic Pinball Party isn't really a Sonic game in the vain of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, but it's a Sonic game within the Sonic franchise.

It's all about how carefully worded we speak out about them that makes the difference, but we usually infer a lot of definitions behind our opinions because we all assume we all know what we are referring to. Even if that isn't really the case. It's just improper linguistic communication because we are trying to convey our opinions as fast as possible so as to keep the attention of those listening, or reading.

I think that we are all just gamers, despite the varying level of intensity towards the hobby/pastime that we might have. A stamp collector is just a stamp collector, and it doesn't matter what type of stamps he collects, or what he focuses on his collection.

However if I were to define the extremes of the gaming populace, I would say that there are those that just play video-games, and then there are those that follow the video-game industry attentively, and also play video-games of course, and also collect them. To me the latter are what could be called either a hardcore, or an enthusiast gamer.

After a while, every time Jason said Scribblenauts all I heard was the word hate, lol. That was like the longest rant ever... maybe. I have had long rants, but yours takes the cake. Nick needs to appoint Jason as the one to interview Mr. Slaczka.

I played the Sonic 4: Episode 1 demo. I think the homing attack sucks because it cuts Sonic's speed. Just because of the homing attack I won't get this game, even if would cost me $20.

I'm one of those that like Sonic Rush. It was a lot of fun to play.

It's on my download cue. I've wanted to try out this game ever since the first few trailers were released a while ago.

Why doesn't the producer join in?

Just think of Molyneux as a kid's mind inside an adult body. He doesn't think before he talks, and isn't that practical to what he can actually achieve.

I re-downloaded this episode just to check what else I wanted to post. Skipped through it just to see what I could pick up really quickly.

I keep hearing my name in every podcast even though I only started to listen to the podcast fairly recently, and I'm saying that because I feel a bit guilty for being so behind on listening to this podcast, and that the host might have thought that I would be listening to it in the near future. I'm sorry. The funny thing is every time I'm listening while I play Sega Rally Revo, as soon as my "name" comes up I just snap out of it and go "huh? what? what did I do".
