Hi Lee, I read a few of your blogs back at 1up. Hope you review games with the same enthusiasm here, as you did there.

Recently signed up to Giantbomb and was surprised at how many responses there were to my blog. The comments did quickly devolve into penis and vagina gags, so I'll definitely post there with caution.

Thanks man appreciated. Final Fantasy VI is probably my favourite of the series, an incredible omission from my blog but ah well that's what happens when you're writing off memory. Not played any other port of Chrono Trigger, can't recall the loading times. I must've been a patient kid!

I'm with you on the combot mechanics. I'm at a point where B,B,B - D-Pad, A followed by holding A is the norm. God forbid, they introduce any more. It's a shame that other than ToV and Final Fantasy I can't really think of another JRPG of the top of my head for 360!

Thanks for accepting. We don't seem to have many games in common but if we ever do aa '1up' gaming session is a must! When do we stop referring to ourselves as 1up and start referring to ourselves as 'Pixlbit'!? - Posted prior comment without being logged in!

Yeah it all depends on how much of a readership you want I guess! I'm quite thick skinned and don't percieve online abuse as real abuse although I can see how some can get quite offended at online bullying. I must say had I been singled out, like you were with BO News, I would've been quite hurt. 

This seems like a safe place! Recently signed up to Giantbomb as well first blog got a fair few replies, meaning lots of traffic, meaning more trolls. So I'm glad I can have a voice here without too much judgement!

I was a lurker in the shadows at 1up, rarely commenting and/or posting blogs but I think with the closure of 1up I will start to become more active.
