Some titles were mentioned on the show floor, others weren't. Here's an incomplete list provided by Nintendo on their E3 press site.
Keep in mind this list is partial, by Nintendo's word, and most titles are tentative, if even that.

Brotherhood is much more than just a multiplayer mode for Assassin's Creed.
There's no denying that I love the Assassin's Creed series. Assassin's Creed 2 was my personal Xbox 360 Game of the Year, thanks to its focused missions, faster paced combat and overall better composition from its predecessor. As I've come to learn at E3, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is a full-fledged sequel to Assassin's Creed 2 that also happens to include a mulitplayer mode.
Golden Sun, how I’ve missed your warm embrace.
Golden Sun: Dark Dawn cycles to a familiar rhythm, but a brighter presentation makes it all the more inviting.

Proximity mine battles or Man With the Golden Gun - for many classic gamers, these phrases can only correspond to one game, a game many have dubbed the greatest first person shooter of all time: Goldeneye 007 for the N64. I didn't realize they were porting Mario Tennis to the PSP.
Hot Shots Tennis: Get a Grip is the latest in the Hot Shots series and the second Hot Shots Tennis title in particular. I can't say I'm familiar with the original title, but I can say confidently that Hot Shots Tennis is more or less a Mario Tennis clone.
Maybe you've had Pac-Man Fever, but couldn't get enough partying in with the pizza-shaped ghost-runner. Will Pac-Man Party provide fans with a fix?
Some games on the show floor didn't demo very well. At the same time, others did play great, were easy to pick up, and needed little real explanation of the controls. Naturally, though, there's several games that I'd say wound up being right in-between.
A short video showcasing the story, characters, and gameplay from the upcoming 3DS game.

What else does it mean? That all next week, and in more weeks to come, we'll be unloading impressions of E3, uploading pictures of the event, and getting you coverage from several games we tried on the floor.
