This is the trailer I was referring to in my other post. Kick ass looking, IMO.

No release date. That makes me feel that more anxious to play this game.

Looking great, I agree. I'm glad they showed a little more about how the more precise sword motions could be used. Even similar motions used in different ways can go a long way.

I imagine a holiday release, wouldn't you guys? Especially with Ocarina of Time 3DS coming in June. I'd be just fine with that.

I'd think so, too. Still, Nintendo also seems fond of releasing big sequels in late August. Metroid: Other M was last year's August title, but I definitely recall Super Mario Sunshine coming out that time of year, too.

Really, Kirby seems like it could make the better major "Holiday" title from Nintendo, especially if it's four player. So I'm going to guess we'll see Zelda: SS in August, but if not then, almost definitely November, for that holiday season.

I'm with Chris, a holiday release seems most likely. I'd bet that Nintendo even tries to make it coincide with Twilight Princess' release date and 5? year anniversary of the Wii.

I just hope it doesn't get delayed into next year. It has been long enough since Twilight Princess and I'm hankering for more Zelda.

If it becomes a holiday release then where are the other Wii games? Is this it for Nintendo fans?

@Nate I'm pretty sure we will see some more titles shown at E3 for the second half of the year.

As for the trailer the combat looks pretty nice and fluid. Did anybody see that person at the 56 second mark? Villian? New Navi type helper? Random Link stalker? What does everybody think?

I was wondering about that character as well. I'd say the character looks mischievous, so I'd say some sort of villain-but-helper type character, perhaps?

I was watching IGN's rewind theater for this trailer, and they mentioned that he kind of looks like Vaati from TLoZ Minish Cap.

If TLoZ Skyward Sword tells the origin of the Master Sword then most certainly the Minish will show up in the game.

Oohh, good point. I need to refresh myself on Minish Cap, then. I thought the character looked familiar.
