The next round of console wars are upon us! With the big three companies--Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft--on the board with their new machines, it's time for people to pick sides and see who comes out on top. No matter which machine you're backing, it's worth looking back at how each company has handled their systems in the past. Call of Duty Coming to Vita

Guy Longworth of Sony spills the beans in a recent interview.

While the Call of Duty series tends to make its way to all of the available platforms, up until now, nothing has been formally announced for Sony's upcoming handheld system. Though Activision has still yet to make any sort of proper announcement of the game, an interview with Geoff Keighley on GameTrailers.com revealed that a title is indeed in the works. Guy Longworth, Senior Vice President for PlayStation Brand Marketing stated in passing that a Call of Duty title will release for the Vita this fall.

The Marketing Genius of Nintendo of America

Was there any real doubt that Xenoblade was coming stateside?

Last Friday, Nintendo of America announced that the Nintendo faithful and loyal supports of Operation Rainfall would be granted one of their longstanding wishes with the stateside release of heralded RPG Xenoblade Chronicles this upcoming April.  The news came at a precarious time for Nintendo. With Skyward Sword having been released this past month, Nintendo’s upcoming release schedule was looking just a little more than barren.

Nintendo Announces New Executive VP of Sales & Marketing

Taking the post once held by Reggie File-Aime and Cammie Dunaway, Scott Moffitt is being brought on "to drive continued growth for Nintendo hardware and software brands."

Nintendo of America announced today that Scott Moffitt will assume the role of Executive VP of Sales & Marketing, effective immediately. In this role, he will be reporting directly to Nintendo of America President, Reggie Fils-Aime, who also once held the same position.
